PENETRATION PIPE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration pipe of a reinforced concrete beam and a construction method thereof capable of arranging a penetration pipe in a reinforcing bar assembly after installing the reinforcing bar assembly on a formwork, and improving working efficiency.SOLUTION: A penetration pipe of a reinforced concrete beam forming a through hole by incorporating a reinforcing bar assembly T into a formwork K, then burying a penetration pipe 1 in the reinforcing bar assembly T and casting concrete is composed of a cylindrical body 10 having an opening slit R formed by rolling a rectangular elastic flat plate material into a partial circular arc shape, a fastener 13 which is arranged in a circumferential direction of both ends of the cylindrical body 10 and is nail-fixed to the formwork K, and engaging means which connects engaging sides 1B and 1C which constitute the opening slit R of the cylindrical body 10 to each other. The cylindrical body 10 is installed and fixed at a predetermined position S inside the formwork K by expanding, opening and inverting the opening slit R from an arrangement space of an upper surface of the reinforcing bar assembly T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】型枠に鉄筋組体を設置した後から、鉄筋組体に貫通管を配設することができ、作業効率が向上できる鉄筋コンクリート梁の貫通管およびその施工方法の提供。【解決手段】鉄筋組体Tを型枠K内に組み入れたのち、鉄筋組体Tの中に貫通管1を埋設してコンクリート打設することで貫通穴を形成する鉄筋コンクリート梁の貫通管であって、矩形状の弾性平板材を丸めて部分円弧状に成形して開口スリットRを備えた筒状体10と、この筒状体10の両端の周方向に配設され、型枠Kに釘止め固定する固定具13と、筒状体10の開口スリットRを構成する互いの係合辺1B、1Cを連結する係合手段とから構成され、筒状対10は鉄筋組体Tの上面の配筋隙間から開口スリットRを拡開して差込み反転させて、型枠Kの内部の所定の位置Sに設置固定される。【選択図】図4
