The invention discloses a well lid electric control locking device. The well lid electric control locking device comprises a motor driving mechanism arranged in a shell, a lock tongue locking mechanism located above the motor driving mechanism and a locking trigger mechanism located at one end, close to a well lid, of the shell. The motor driving mechanism comprises a motor, a screw rod and a pushing plate, wherein the motor has a communication function, and the screw rod is controlled by the motor to rotate. A U-shaped plate is arranged on the screw rod in a screwing manner, and a guide hole is formed in the U-shaped plate; the two sides of the U-shaped plate are each fixedly provided with a linkage hanging plate; and kidney-shaped holes are formed in the linkage hanging plates, and screws penetrate the kidney-shaped holes to enable the linkage hanging plates to be fixed to the pushing plate. A guide hole is formed in the pushing plate, and the top end of the pushing plate is connected with a lock tongue; and a part penetrating the guide hole of the U-shaped plate and the guide hole of the pushing plate is arranged in the shell. Two guide rods are fixed to a support plate of the motor and a base of the shell, and compressed springs are arranged on the guide rods. The lock tongue locking mechanism comprises a hinge pin penetrating the shell, and the hinge pin is connected with a hanging plate in a penetrating manner; and a sliding hinge pin is arranged on the hanging plate, and slides on the linkage hanging plate.
