The invention discloses an automatic-adjustment deceleration strip based on radar speed measurement. The automatic-adjustment deceleration strip comprises a rotatable seat body, a central control unit and a radar monitoring and red signal interval collection module. When a red signal interval is monitored, and pedestrians pass through a zebra crossing, the seat body rotates to form a barrier; and when a green signal interval is monitored, and no pedestrians pass through the zebra crossing, the seat body automatically restores to be flat, and an automobile can rapidly pass through the zebra crossing.
