The speed control deceleration strip can judge whether the vehicle speed exceeds the limited speed, and for vehicles with the speed higher than the limited speed, the speed control deceleration strip can protrude outof the road surface to force the vehicles to bump and decelerate; for the vehicle lower than the limit, the vehicle can press the speed control deceleration strip into the road surface, so that the vehicle stably passes through the deceleration strip, and the vehicle is prevented from jolting. Meanwhile, the limited speed and the working time period of the speed control deceleration strip can beset.
