The pressure anchor cable structure comprises an outer anchoring end and an anchor cable body, the anchor cable body is located in an anchor cable hole, and the top end of the anchor cable body is connected with a frame beam through the outer anchoring end. The anchor cable body is composed of a plurality of non-cohesive steel strands penetrating through steel strand holes in a rear grouting body. The pressure anchor cable structure is characterized in that each non-cohesive steel strand comprises a steel strand body, a PE sleeve and anticorrosive grease, each steel strand body is sleeved with the corresponding PE sleeve, and the space between each steel strand body and the corresponding PE sleeve is filled with the anticorrosive grease; the prefabricated anchor head is arranged at the bottom end of the anchor cable body; after the prefabricated anchor head stretches into the bottom of the anchor cable hole, normal pressure cement paste grouting is conducted through a primary grouting pipe, and the rear grouting body of the whole anchor cable is formed by cement paste grouted through a secondary grouting pipe in a fracturing mode and cement paste grouted under normal pressure.
