The invention relates to a crushing and excavating dual mucking loader with a bucket and a hydraulic hammer capable of being quickly replaced and mounted and relates to the field of mining engineering machinery. The crushing and excavating dual mucking loader is composed of an excavating and feeding mechanism, a conveying and unloading mechanism, a vehicle chassis, an electrical control system, a hydraulic system and a control mechanism of the hydraulic system. The excavating and feeding mechanism is connected with the bucket or the hydraulic hammer through a bucket and hammer quick replacing device. According to the crushing and excavating dual mucking loader, the bucket and hammer quick replacing device is additionally arranged at the front end of the excavating and feeding mechanism to achieve quick replacing of the bucket and the hydraulic hammer, conversion of the impact crushing function and the excavating loading function can be achieved, and the excavation loader can be used as both a scaling cleaning jumbo and the excavation loader and becomes the crushing and excavating multifunctional dual mucking loader which has multiple functions. The crushing and excavating dual mucking loader is used for replacing the excavation loader and the scaling cleaning jumbo to complete deslagging and loading during mining and tunneling construction and impact crushing, clearing and danger removing operation in the process of crushing and loosening layer rocks.
