A safety lock capable of being replaced quickly comprises a mounting plate, a panel is arranged on the outer side of the mounting plate, and a lock support is arranged on the inner side of the mounting plate. One end of the inner side of a lock cylinder is located in a lock hole after being combined with a lock cam through a limiting piece. The inner side of the lock support is connected with a U-shaped spring support. A spring is arranged in the center of the spring support, a shaft pin is sleeved in the spring, and the outer side section of the shaft pin is connected with the lock cam. A switch is fixed to the position, below the lock cam, of the lock support. The panel is taken apart, a lock assembly is mounted into the lock support through a mounting hole, when the lock assembly is blocked, a key rotates the lock cylinder anticlockwise, the outline of the lock cam is matched with the hole shape of the lock support at the 45-degree position, the lock assembly is pushed in, when the lock assembly cannot be pushed any more, the lock cylinder is rotated clockwise, the lock assembly is mounted in place and mounted into the panel under the elastic force action of the spring, and assembling of the safety lock is completed; the panel is taken apart, the lock cylinder is pushed inwards, the key is rotated anticlockwise, the lock cylinder is popped out under the elastic force of the spring, and the lock is disassembled; and the safety lock has the characteristics of being convenient to maintain, quick to replace and convenient to manage.
