Prestress bolt assembly type double-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell structure
The invention relates to a prestress bolt assembly type double-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell structure. The structure comprises a plurality of H-shaped aluminum alloy rod pieces located on the upper layer and a plurality of H-shaped aluminum alloy rod pieces located on the lower layer. The H-shaped aluminum alloy rod pieces located on the upper layer are connected with the upper ends of vertical aluminum alloy circular web rods through bolt assembly nodes on the upper layer. The H-shaped aluminum alloy rod pieces located on the lower layer are connected with lower ends of the vertical aluminum alloy circular web rods through bolt assembly nodes on the lower layer. Lower cover plates of the bolt assembly nodes on the upper layer and upper cover plates of the bolt assembly nodes on the lower layer are fixedly provided with a plurality of connection plates arranged at equal-angle intervals. The bolt assembly nodes on the upper layer and the adjacent bolt assembly nodes on the lower layer are connected through inclined pull cables. The two ends of the inclined pull cables are fixed to the corresponding connection plates of all the nodes respectively to form the prestress bolt assembly type double-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell structure. By means of the prestress bolt assembly type double-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell structure, the utilization efficiency of the strength of aluminum products can be improved, the stable bearing capacity of the structure is enhanced, and the construction cost of the structure is lowered.
