Single-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell box type modular assembly node and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a single-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell box type modular assembly node. The modular assembly node comprises six pentahedral semi-closed box body structures and a central reinforcing ring, wherein each pentahedral semi-closed box body structure comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a back plate, an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate are fan-shaped, the central reinforcing ring is a hexagonal hollow prism, connecting holes are formed in the each surface of the six pentahedral semi-closed box body structures and the central reinforcing ring, and the back plates of the six pentahedral semi-closed box body structures are connected with six side plates of the central reinforcing ring. According to the single-layeraluminum alloy latticed shell box type modular assembly node, the anti-bending and shear-resistant bearing capacity of the node is remarkably enhanced, the rigidity of the node and the overall stability of a latticed shell are improved, and therefore the node can be applied to a single-layer aluminum alloy latticed shell structure with a larger span; and meanwhile, connecting nodes are designed into a plurality of integral box type "modular nodes", and the modular nodes have the high "universality", so that the installation is more convenient and faster.
本发明公开一种单层铝合金网壳箱型模块化拼装节点,包括六个五面体半封闭箱体结构和一个中心加强环,所述五面体半封闭箱体结构,包括顶板、底板、左侧板、右侧板、后背板;其中上面板、下面板为扇形,所述中心加强环为六边形空心棱柱体,所述六个五面体半封闭箱体结构和中心加强环的各个面设有连接孔,六个五面体半封闭箱体结构的后背板分别与中心加强环的六个侧板连接。本发明显著增强了节点的抗弯和抗剪承载力,提高了节点的刚度及网壳的整体稳定性,从而可应用于更大跨度的单层铝合金网壳结构。同时,本发明将连接节点设计成若干个整体的箱型“模块化节点”,这种模块化节点具有高度的“通用性”,使安装更为便捷。
