The invention discloses a building formwork construction method. The method includes the following steps that (1) a metal framework is arranged on outer surfaces of formworks to form formwork frames; (2) the formworks in the formwork frames are fixed to a building framework; (3) concrete is poured into spaces between the formwork frames; (4) the metal framework on the formwork frames is disassembled, and the formworks and the concrete are reserved to be combined into a whole. Thus, complex work conduced in the formwork assembling and disassembling process can be omitted, and cost of formwork erection materials can be reduced.
