In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, the method specifically comprises the following steps that the structural form and size of a formwork are determined according to construction design drawings and related specification requirements; preparing materials required by the formwork; mounting a foundation and a supporting structure; the mold frame is adjusted and corrected, and the mold frame is checked and maintained; quality inspection and acceptance; the installation content of the supporting structure comprises steel frame installation, formwork installation, supporting rod body installation, fastener installation, reinforcing rod installation and scaffold installation. The supporting rod body comprises an extending column inserted into the inner wall of the supporting rod body, a height rapid adjusting structure is arranged between the supporting rod body and the extending column, and a transverse moving adjusting structure is arranged at the top end of the extending column. The horizontal using position of the supporting rod body can be rapidly adjusted, so that the supporting requirements of formwork steel frames of different sizes can be met, and adjustment and use are convenient.
