The invention discloses a steel structure bearing column which comprises a base, a base screw hole, a connecting component, a connecting fixing hole, a reinforcing ring and a cylinder, wherein the cylinder is arranged on the base, the base screw hole is formed in the base, the connecting component is arranged on the cylinder, the connecting fixing hole is fixed on the connecting component, and the reinforcing ring is arranged in the cylinder. According to the invention, by the reinforcing ring welded in the cylinder and the connecting component welded outside the cylinder, the stress acting on a steel column is increased, therefore, a larger cross beam is supported so as to save materials and space.
