PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for pipe arrangement in a building of a wall construction comprising a bearing wall, and suppress a decrease in structural resistance of the bearing wall.SOLUTION: A non-bearing column structure 1, which is installed in a building of a wall construction comprising a bearing wall 10, includes a body part 2 that is erected between a floor and a ceiling of the building and that has a hollow part S having its inside subjected to insertion of a facility line L. A side surface of the body part 2 is provided with a part 6 for taking out the facility line L inserted through the hollow part S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
