The invention discloses an attaching device of an architecture decoration panel with an anti-vibration block and a use method thereof. The architecture decoration panel (7) is attached to a building body (9) through an attaching bonding layer (8), the architecture decoration panel (7) is provided with a back side plane facing to the attaching bonding layer (8) and a front side plane opposite to the back side plane, the middle position of the back side plane is provided with a bonding layer filling groove (72) extending in the horizontal direction and sinking inward from the back side plane, an opening is formed in the end in the horizontal direction of the bonding layer filling groove (72), the other end in the horizontal direction of the bonding layer filling groove (72) is sealed, the upper horizontal edge and the lower horizontal edge of the bonding layer filling groove (72) are provided with horizontal circular flanges (74) respectively, the cross sections of the flange tail ends of the horizontal circular flanges (74) are in an outward protruding circular-arc shape, and horizontal circular covered channels (73) are formed between the horizontal circular flanges (74) and the groove bottom of the bonding layer filling groove (72).
