The invention discloses a building decoration panel driven by a drive rod and provided with a clamping frame and an attaching method of the building decoration panel. The building decoration panel is attached to a building body through an attaching bonding layer and provided with a back face plane facing the attaching bonding layer and a front face plane opposite to the back face plane. A bonding layer filling groove extending in the horizontal direction and concaving inwards from the back face plane is formed in the middle of the back face plane, the end, in the horizontal direction, of the bonding layer filling groove is opened, and the other end of the bonding layer filling groove is closed. A plurality of bearing columns are evenly and fixedly arranged in the center of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction. The height of the parts, stretching out of the back face plane, of the bearing columns are at least one half of the thickness of the bonding attaching layer.
