Provided is a building decoration panel using a clamping frame and restrain blocks and an attaching method thereof. The building decoration panel is attached to a building through an attaching bonding layer, the building decoration panel is provided with a back face plane facing the attaching bonding layer and a front face plane opposite to the back face plane, the middle of the back face plane is provided with bonding layer filling grooves which are sunken inwards from the back face plane and extend in the horizontal direction, the end, in the horizontal direction, of each bonding layer filling groove is provided with an opening, and the other end of each bonding layer filling groove is closed, multiple bearing pillars are evenly and fixedly arranged in the center of each bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction, and the height, extending out of the back face plane, of each bearing pillar is at least one second of the thickness of the attaching bonding layer.
