The device comprises an inorganic base plate, multiple protruding tile hanging cross strips are arranged on one side face of the inorganic base plate, and the external tiles are connected to the tile hanging cross strips; an included angle is formed at the joint between the top end of each tile hanging cross strip and the inorganic base plate, the included angle is less than 90 degrees, a dovetail groove used for being connected with the corresponding tile hanging cross strip is formed in each external tile, and the depth of each dovetail groove is not less than the height of the corresponding tile hanging cross strip. According to the dry hanging device and the fabrication technology of the external tiles, the inorganic base plate is fixed in a dry hanging mode, the external tiles and the inorganic base plate are connected in an embedded mode, the whole device is safe, reliable and great in durability, and the potential safety hazards caused by the falling of the external tiles are avoided. By means of the dry construction, the contamination to the surfaces of the external tiles caused by auxiliary materials and human factors is avoided, the entire external wall is quite clean and neat, and the decoration effect is far greater than the site wet combining method. The operation procedures of line snapping on site, applying bonding mortar on each tile, pointing of ceramic tiles and the like are not needed, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
