The invention provides a soundproof floor. The soundproof floor comprises an upper surface layer. A split layer is arranged at the bottom of the upper surface layer. One side of the split layer extends outwards to form an installation clamping block, and the other end of the split layer is inwards recessed to form an installation groove. A sponge layer is arranged at the bottom of the split layer. According to the technical scheme, due to the design of the sponge layer and the split layer, direct rigid contact between the floor and a house ground is avoided, when people walks on the laid floor, the sponge layer and the split layer can achieve the buffering function, it is avoided that friction is generated between the floor and the ground or between joints of the floor and causes noise, and a quiet comfortable environment is built for people; due to the design of the sponge layer and the split layer, when people step on the floor, the touch sense is gentle, elasticity exists, and the comfort of the feet is guaranteed.
