SOUNDPROOF MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME, SOUNDPROOF FLOOR STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR SOUNDPROOF FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof material having excellent recyclability.SOLUTION: There is manufactured a soundproof material including a damping layer, an adhesion layer 2 including thermoplastic resin, and a hard layer 1 including metal or plastic. The damping layer may include a damping core layer 4 including asphalt. The hard layer may be formed from metal. The melting point or softening point of the thermoplastic resin may be lower than the softening point of the damping core layer. Fiber layers 3a, 3b including fiber assemblies may be stacked on both sides of the damping core layer. The average thickness of the hard layer is about 0.2 to 1.2 mm. A soundproof floor may be constructed by fixing the hard layer to a flooring material through an adhesive layer after laying the soundproof material on an underfloor material so that the hard layer's rear side is in contact with the underfloor material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
