Pre-stressed anchor tile shaft rotary anchor head
The invention discloses a pre-stressed anchor tile shaft rotary anchor head. The pre-stressed anchor tile shaft rotary anchor head comprise tiles, a tile shaft and a snap spring. Each tile is a half cylinder with the variable cross section in the inner diameter circumference and the cylindrical direction. The two tiles are combined to form a cylindrical anchor head outer body with the same outer wall radius. The tile shaft is in the shape of a circular truncated cone, two gradual changing section supporting keys are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the middle section of the tile shaft. Supporting key clamping grooves matched with the supporting keys are symmetrically formed in the thin-wall ends of the tiles, and the tile shaft is arranged in the anchor head outer body. A snap spring groove is formed in the middle sections of the tiles, and the snap spring is arranged in the snap spring groove. According to the anchor head, the outer end of an anchor rod is rotated, the tile shaft and the anchor rod rotate synchronously, the tiles are expanded and fixed to the wall of an anchor rod bottom hole, larger the tension is, larger the supporting anchor fixing force becomes, and therefore the anchoring requirement is met. The anchor head is ingenious and reasonable in structural design, easy to operate, short in construction period and high in coat performance.
