A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a ceramic filtering element. The ceramic filtering element comprises a briquette body containing a non-plastic raw material, clay and a binder; the surface of the briquette body is coated with multiple ceramic layers, and each ceramic layer has thickness of 0.001-100 um, and is a high-temperature calcination layer. The briquette body prepared from the non-plastic raw material has good stability; after coating a layer of ceramic particles on the briquette body, high temperature calcination is carried out to tightly bond the first ceramic layer with the briquette body; a second layer of ceramic particles coats on the ceramic layer subjected to high temperature calcination and then high temperature calcination is carried out again, so that the second ceramic layer tightly bonds with first ceramic layer; other ceramic layers coats in turn until the set average filtering aperture of the ceramic filtering element is reached. The briquette body provided by the invention employs non-plastic raw material and clay, and the ceramic layers are subjected to calcination to realize relatively stable structure, high abrasion resistance and high corrosion resistance.
