The invention discloses a dust and garbage separation and filtration device and a pavement cleaning vehicle thereof. The dust and garbage separation and filtration device comprises a fan, a motor chamber, an air guide plate, a filtration grating, a settling opening and a screen, wherein the fan is mounted at the bottom of the motor chamber (402); after the fan is started, negative pressure is formed in the motor chamber; dust and garbage are sucked and then enter a garbage storage box through a corrugated pipe; the screen is arranged between the garbage storage box and the motor chamber for separating garbage; dust particles enter the motor chamber from the garbage storage box under the action of wind; the air guide plate is mounted at the outlet of the motor chamber; the air guide plate is used for reducing the air speed and the air pressure, so that dust can automatically settle down after being filtered and stacked by the filtration grating and enter a dust collection box through the settling opening. The dust and garbage separation and filtration device can automatically separate dust from garbage and collect the dust particles with the diameters greater than 1 micron into the vehicle-mounted dust collection box, so that road cleaning operation without flying dust can be realized.
