The heat preservation and sound insulation type batten compounded with plant fiber and cement provided by the invention has the advantages of heat preservation, sound insulation, high compactness, good permeability, low cost, and the like, improves the level of comprehensive utilization of plant fiber, and reduces the serious damage caused by improper handling of waste resources.
