The batten sound absorption and insulation board is prepared from, by weight, 80-100 parts of battens, 50-80 parts of mineral wool fibers, 50-80 parts of basalt fibers, 30-50 parts of polypropylene fibers, 30-50 parts of carbon fibers, 10-30 parts of porous ceramsite and 5-10 parts of auxiliaries, and the auxiliaries are prepared from, by weight, 3-5 parts of defoaming agents, 3-5 parts of flocculating agents, 1-3 parts of flatting agents, 3-5 parts of filling agents and 3-5 parts of binding agents. The sound-absorbing and sound-insulating plate prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has a relatively good sound-absorbing effect, and can exert an optimal effect under a specific component proportion; and secondly, as the service time goes on, the sound absorption and insulation effects are not greatly influenced, and the service life is long.
