The invention discloses a novel non-autoclaved high-strength concrete tubular pile and a curing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tubular pile production. The tubular pile is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3.2-5.1 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer PCA-V, 375-393 parts of cement, 665-684 parts of sand, 1375-1385 parts of stone, 41-45 parts of mineral admixture HDC, 0-160 parts of SiO2, 0.5-2.3 parts of a powdery naphthalene water reducer JMB, and 105-115 parts of water, wherein the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is specially used for tubular pile production. According to the method provided by the invention, the method in which the polycarboxylic admixture and the mineral admixture special for tubular pile production are used is adopted, the requirement of tubular pile concrete strength grade C80 can be met through the same normal-temperature steaming manner, the secondary high-pressure curing procedure is eliminated, manpower and material resources consumed for steam combustion are reduced, and the energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
