The invention discloses PHC (prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile) concrete and a non-autoclaved curing method thereof. A mineral admixture, namely, S115 mineral powder, with high strength performance is adopted to replace part of cement; with the adoption of the mineral admixture, early strength is higher, the mixing amount is low, the steam curing time is shortened, all that is needed is to adopt a common curing or normal-pressure steam curing technology, the PHC concrete can be produced, the early strength, the later strength development, the assurance rate and the durability of the concrete are superior to those of a PHC product produced with an autoclaved technology, and an autoclave can be eliminated completely.
