Novel low temperature sintering low dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic material
The invention discloses a novel low temperature sintering low dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic material which is made from NaNd(WO4)2. The material is prepared from the following steps: compounding Na2CO3, Nd2O3 and WO3 according to a chemical formula, calcining at 600-700 DEG C after ball milling and drying, conducting compression moulding through secondary ball milling, drying and granulating to form a green body, and sintering the green body at 850-950 DEG C so as to prepare the microwave dielectric ceramic material. According to the material, the dielectric constant is 11.85, the quality factor is 17000 GHz, and the resonant frequency temperature coefficient reaches -43.1 ppm/DEG C. The preparation process is simple, the process is environment-friendly, and the microwave dielectric material is promising.
