The invention discloses an antibacterial and antistatic rubber floor. The rubber floor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of neoprene, 33-43 parts of chemigum, 25-30 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 2-4 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 15-28 parts of semi-reinforcing furnace black, 4-8 parts of zinc oxide, 0.3-0.8 part of an accelerant NA22, 4-8 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.5-1.8 parts of isothiazolinone, 0.5-0.8 part of calcium hypochlorite and 3-5 parts of conductive fiber. The rubber floor provided by the invention has an antibacterial effect for the bacteria on the floor surface, which prolongs the service life of the rubber floor and reduces the costs of later cleaning and rubber floor replacement; the added conductive fiber ensures that the rubber floor has a permanent antistatic property.
