The invention provides an antistatic rubber composition, an antistatic rubber floor and a preparation method of the antistatic rubber floor. The antistatic rubber composition comprises the following components, by weight: 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 8-15 parts of ethylene-acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, 0.5-3 parts of polypyridine-coated aluminum-doped zinc oxide composite material, 3-6parts of vulcanization accelerators, 10-20 parts of flame retardants and 20-30 parts of reinforcing fillers. The polypyridine-coated aluminum-doped zinc oxide composite material comprises aluminum-doped zinc oxide with the particle size of 40-150 nm and polypyrrole coating the surface of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide, the polypyrrole accounts for 5-20% of the weight of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide, and the doping amount of aluminum in the aluminum-doped zinc oxide is 1-3% by weight based on aluminum oxide. The antistatic rubber composition and the antistatic rubber floor have improved antistatic performance, and the color is not limited to black.
