The invention discloses an aerogel composite GRC (Glass-fiber Reinforced Composite) thermal-insulation and sound-insulating board which comprises a GRC decoration layer, a GRC structure layer, an aerogel layer, wherein the GRC structure layer is compounded on the GRC decoration layer; the GRC decoration layer is connected with the aerogel layer; a GRC structure reinforcing layer can also be compounded on the back side of the aerogel layer according to the requirement of structural design; the aerogel layer and the GRC structure layer are bonded by a modified adhesive; according to the aerogel composite GRC thermal-insulation and sound-insulating board, a part between the GRC layer and the aerogel layer is coated with a bonding agent containing aerogel particles, so that the bonding performance between the aerogel layer and the GRC layer is improved, and the mechanical strength is improved; the aerogel composite GRC thermal-insulation and sound-insulating board has the advantages of decoration, thermal insulation, fire resistance and sound insulation.
