The invention discloses a high-corrosion-resistance building color-coated plate and a manufacturing method of the high-corrosion-resistance building color-coated plate. The color-coated plate comprises a base plate, and a passivation layer and a priming paint coating are sequentially arranged on the front side and/or the back side of the base plate. The color-coated plate is high in corrosion resistance, low in manufacturing cost, simple and convenient to process and capable of meeting the design application requirements of novel high-end buildings. Initial calculation shows that the economic benefits of the high-corrosion-resistance building color-coated plate can be increased by the marginal benefit about 1000 yuan/ton compared with the economic benefits of other ordinary building color plates. If the annual demanded quantity is 2000 tons, the benefits can be increased by more than two million yuan.
