PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate having excellent coating appearance, scratch resistance, processed part adhesiveness, and flatness part corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A coated metal plate has a metal plate and top coating coated film arranged on the metal plate. The top coating coated film has a primary particle containing a first particle and a second particle. A film thickness T of the top coating coated film is in a range of 3 to 20 μm. The first particle has a peak between 0.05 T to 0.75 T and the second particle has a peak between 1 T to 4 T in a cumulative particle size distribution in terms of number. The contents of both of the first particle and the second particle in the top coating coated film are 0.01 to 15 vol.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
