Waterproof, fireproof, heat-preserving and heat-insulating stone cloth
The invention provides waterproof, fireproof, heat-preserving and heat-insulating stone cloth. The stone cloth is slurry composed of 1250 meshes of heavy calcium powder processed by limestone, 3000 meshes of bauxite powder or high aluminum powder processed by a bauxite ore, a styrene acrylic acid emulsion, a 707 emulsion and impervious, waterproof, aging-resistant and pollution-resistant new ichor capable of protecting buildings. The stone cloth is formed by spraying on a glass wire mesh or a nylon wire and polyester yarn mesh by adopting spraying and brushing methods, vertically rolling and leveling, air-drying or drying and coiling. The stone cloth is wide in raw material source, low in cost, nontoxic, tasteless and simple in process, does not influence environment and has the characteristics of water prevention, fire prevention, heat preservation, heat insulation, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, pulling and disassembly resistance, abrasion resistance and the like. The stone cloth replaces an asphalt felt waterproof material and is used for water prevention and moisture prevention of building roofs and bottoms and seepage prevention of kitchens and rest rooms. The stone cloth is also used in water-saving farmland canal protection engineering, long-distance water diversion and water-saving engineering, anti-seepage engineering of a sewage pool, a landfill, a swimming pool and a fishpond, thermal insulation and cold insulation engineering of breeding and planting greenhouses and engineering of transformation from saline-alkali land into a fertile farmland.
