The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a waterproof, fireproof and thermal insulation integrated coiled material for a building roof and a preparation method thereof.The coiled material comprises a fireproof coating, a thermal insulation layer, an adhesive layer, a first self-adhesion modified asphalt coating, a polyester base layer, a second self-adhesion modified asphalt coating and an isolating membrane layer which are sequentially combined from top to bottom. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adhering the second self-adhesive modified asphalt coating to the lower surface of the polyester base layer through double-roller forming, and then covering the isolating membrane layer on the lower surface of the second self-adhesive modified asphalt coating; blade-coating a first self-adhesive modified asphalt coating on the upper surface of the polyester base layer through a blade-coating process; scraping an adhesive layer on the upper surface of the first self-adhesive modified asphalt coating; a heat preservation layer is attached to the surface of the adhesive layer; and a fireproof coating is sprayed on the surface of the thermal insulation layer. The coiled material can achieve the waterproof, fireproof and heat preservation effects, the construction period is greatly shortened, the material loss is reduced, and the construction convenience and the environmental protection property are improved.
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域，具体涉及一种用于建筑屋面防水防火保温一体化卷材及其制备方法，卷材包括自上而下依次结合的防火涂层、保温层、胶黏剂层、第一自粘改性沥青涂层、聚酯胎基层、第二自粘改性沥青涂层、隔离膜层。制备方法包括：通过对辊成型，将第二自粘改性沥青涂层附着于聚酯胎基层下表面，然后在第二自粘改性沥青涂层下表面覆隔离膜层；通过刮涂工艺，在聚酯胎基层上表面刮涂第一自粘改性沥青涂层；在第一自粘改性沥青涂层上表面刮涂胶黏剂层；在胶黏剂层表面敷贴保温层；在保温层表面喷涂防火涂层。本发明卷材可起到防水、防火、保温三重效果，极大缩短工期降低材料损耗，提升施工便利性及环保性。
