The invention discloses a terrace construction adjustable template and a construction method thereof. The terrace construction adjustable template comprises a template angle iron main body; a hoisting device is arranged on one side of the template angle iron main body and comprises a template secondary rod welded on the template angle iron main body and a fixed base connected onto the template angle iron main body by a hoisting adjusting bolt; an adjustable long hole is formed in the fixed base; the template secondary rod is connected with the fixed base by a hinging bolt. After the adjustable template is mounted, the hoisting adjusting bolt on the hoisting device is used for finely adjusting and the template main body is adjusted to the designed height; then a construction process is carried out and the template is removed after at least three days and can be repeatedly used.
