A screw spike fastening type anti-loose mechanism of a railway track elastic strip fastener is formed by a single rib washer and an anti-loose screw spike; a center line of the bottom of the single rib washer is provided with a through rib which can be embedded into two middle legs of an elastic strip to maintain the close attachment and fixation; the top surface of the single rib washer is divided into eight equal portions according to the circumference and provided with a wavy curved surface; the vector degree of a wave crest and a wave trough of the curved surface is 0.15 to 0.28 mm; the bottom of the anti-loose screw spike head is provided with a flange; the diameter of the flange is as same as the diameter of the single rib washer; the bottom surface of the flange is provided with a wavy curved surface which is as same as the top surface of the single rib washer. During fastening, the wavy curved surfaces formed between the flange arranged at the bottom of the anti-loose screw spike head and the top surface of the single rib washer rotate oppositely, the wave crests and the wave troughs are meshed with each other in a staggered mode and restrain each other, the single rib washer and the anti-loose screw spike cannot rotate under the action of the upward back pressure of the elastic strip fastener, and accordingly the complete anti-loose purpose is achieved.
