The invention discloses an anti-fracture elastic strip, a railway fastener and a fixing device, and aims to solve the problems that an elastic strip needs to be bent in the machining process, the structure of the elastic strip is affected in the bending process, the structure is damaged due to the fact that the outer side of a bent part extends too much in the bending process, and therefore fine cracks are generated on the elastic strip, the quality of the elastic strip is affected, and the service life of the elastic strip is prolonged. The problems that in the long-term use process, the internal structure of the elastic strip is damaged, the elastic strip is broken, and therefore railway operation is affected, and potential safety hazards are caused are solved. According to the technical scheme, one end of an elastic strip is arranged at the top of an insulating block, the other end of the elastic strip is arranged on an iron base plate, a fixing screw is arranged in the elastic strip, a gasket is arranged on the fixing screw, a fixing nut is arranged at the top of the gasket, and a hollow core structure is arranged in the elastic strip. The hollow core structure is formed in the elastic strip, during bending, the material of the bending part can move towards the hollow core part, and the outer wall of the elastic strip cannot be affected.
