Poly-p-phenylenebenzobisthiazole (PBO) high-strength geogrid
The invention provides a poly-p-phenylenebenzobisthiazole (PBO) high-strength geogrid. Rib clad layers of the geogrid are prepared by means of PBO enhanced thermoplastic polymer materials, PBO fiber bundles are clad so that ribs of the geogrid can be prepared, and the geogrid prepared by the geogrid ribs is good and high in tensile strength and low in elongation at break. The PBO is used as the geogrid ribbing material so that a geotextile material can achieve creep resistant property and is suitable for long-time usage, and after fillers and processing aids are added into melt extrusion, properties such as good corrosion resistance and good ageing resistance can be achieved. A preparation process of the geogrid is simple, overall performance is excellent, continuous production can be performed, and certain market competitiveness can be achieved.
