Carbon fiber high-strength geogrid
The invention provides a carbon fiber high-strength geogrid. A geogrid rib wrapping layer is prepared through carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic polymer materials, carbon fiber bundles are wrapped to prepare geogrid ribs, and the geogrid prepared through the geogrid ribs has the high tensile strength and low elongation at break. The carbon fibers serve as the geogrid rib materials, so that the geotextile material has the creep resistance and is suitable for being used for a long time. When filler and processing agents are added in melt extrusion, the good corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and other performance are achieved. The geogrid is simple in preparation process, superior in combination property and capable of being continuously produced, and has certain market competitiveness.
