Hot-melting self-assembly anchor head for collecting anchor cables
The invention relates to a hot-melting self-assembly anchor head for collecting anchor cables and belongs to the technical field of rock engineering anchor cable fixing devices. The hot-melting self-assembly anchor head for collecting the anchor cables comprises an outer anchor body, an inner post and clamping pieces, wherein the outer anchor body is provided with at least one half anchor hole; the inner anchor post is provided with at least one half anchor hole; the inner anchor post is mounted inside the outer anchor body; the half anchor hole of the outer anchor body and the corresponding half anchor hole of the inner anchor post form an anchor hole; the inner anchor post is made of low-melting-point materials, the inside of the inner anchor post is provided with an electric heating device for capable of melting the low-melting-point materials, and the melting point of the low-melting-point materials is 100-120 DEG C; the clamping pieces are mounted inside the anchor hole; stranded steel wires penetrate the clamping pieces, and when the stranded steel wires are tracted, friction force provides the tension locking force of the clamping pieces, and the clamping pieces extrude the inner anchor post to achieve automatic locking. When collecting prestressed anchor cables, a worker can heat the inner anchor post, the electric heating device releases heat to melt the inner anchor post and further the clamping pieces can be expanded, friction force between the stranded steel wires and the clamping pieces disappears, so that the stranded steel wires can be collected conveniently and easily.
