METHOD FOR REAPPLYING TENSION TO ANCHOR, ANCHOR HEAD STRUCTURE AND BOREHOLE ANCHOR HEAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reapplying tension to an existing cable type anchor, in particular the existing cable type anchor with a cable pulled inside an anchor borehole, and thereby solving a problem of a conventional technique.SOLUTION: A method for reapplying tension to an anchor comprises an existing anchoring tool removing process, a cable fixing process, an anchoring coupler installing process, and a tension reapplying process. In the cable fixing process, a borehole anchor head is installed in an anchor borehole while inserting an existing cable into a through hole of the borehole anchor head and the cable is fixed by a wedge which is fitted in the through hole with the cable inserted thereinto. In the anchoring coupler installing process, an anchoring coupler is installed on the borehole anchor head with the same threadably mounted on an outer periphery of the borehole anchor head. In the tension reapplying process, tension is re-applied to the cable by pulling up the anchoring coupler with a jack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち、既設のケーブル式アンカーを再緊張することができ、特にケーブルがアンカー孔内に引き込まれた既設アンカーを再緊張することができる技術を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明のアンカーの再緊張方法は、既設定着具撤去工程と、ケーブル固定工程、定着カプラー設置工程、再緊張工程を備えた方法である。ケーブル固定工程では、孔内アンカーヘッドの挿通孔に既設のケーブルを挿通しながら孔内アンカーヘッドをアンカー孔内に設置し、ケーブルが挿通された挿通孔内にクサビを嵌入することでケーブルを固定する。また定着カプラー設置工程ではアンカー孔内に設置された孔内アンカーヘッドの外周に螺合することによって定着カプラーを孔内アンカーヘッドに取り付け、再緊張工程ではジャッキによって定着カプラーを引き上げることでケーブルを再緊張する。【選択図】図５
