A reinforcement net is fixed through multiple sets of horizontal anchor rods arranged on the wall of the foundation pit, and all the sets of horizontal anchor rods are positioned on different horizontal planes. The coal mine deep winch house reinforcing foundation pit further comprises side wall anchor cables aslant arranged; bottom angle grouting pipes are obliquely arranged on the bottom wall of the foundation pit; and a pit bottom anchoring part is additionally arranged at the bottom of the foundation pit. The invention further discloses a coal mine deep winch house weak winch foundation pit reinforcing method: the foundation pit is dug; multiple sets of horizontal anchor rods are mounted; the reinforcement net is hung; anchor beams and baseplate anchor cables are mounted; the bottom angle grouting pipes are arranged; a first concrete layer is formed by concreting, and then, after formation, grouting is carried out through the bottom angle grouting pipes; a second concrete layer is formed by concreting; and a bottom angle ground beam of a chamber is mounted. The integrity of surrounding rocks and the space structural property of bearing bodies are improved; a concreting foundation and a winch foundation are formed as a whole, so that the whole structure bearing performance is prominently improved; and the bottom angle ground beam is simple in laying and little in occupied space, so that the bearing state of a section structure can be improved.
