The invention provides a house building foundation reinforcing mechanism and a reinforcing method thereof.The reinforcing assembly comprises connecting pieces, tooth pieces, first shear arms, protruding blocks, a rotating shaft and second shear arms, the connecting pieces are arranged on the two sides of the end, close to a shaft arm, of a sleeve, the tooth pieces are arranged on one sides of the lower ends of the connecting pieces, and the rotating shaft is hinged to the interior of the sleeve; the first shearing force arm and the second shearing force arm swing on the two sides of the rotating shaft respectively, the protruding blocks are distributed on one sides of the lower ends of the first shearing force arm and the second shearing force arm, and the lower ends of the first shearing force arm and the second shearing force arm are in supporting fit with the inner wall of the sleeve, so that downward weight of a steel bar column is prevented from being extruded to the upper ends of the first shearing force arm and the second shearing force arm through the shaft arm; therefore, the first shearing force arm and the second shearing force arm can form support with the inner wall of the sleeve after swinging, and the situation that the downward collapse weight of the steel bar column affects the use of the first shearing force arm and the second shearing force arm is avoided.
