The invention relates to an automatic drainage device for a trench, and the device is used for the drainage of the trench, wherein the interior of the trench is provided with a steam pipeline. The device comprises a drainage terminal disposed in the trench, a transmission network, and a central control unit. The drainage terminal is connected with the central control unit through the transmission network. The drainage terminal comprises a draining pump disposed at the bottom of the trench, a liquid level meter disposed on a side wall of the trench, and a signal transceiver disposed at the exterior of the trench. The signal transceiver is connected with the liquid level meter, the draining pump, and the transmission network. When the accumulated water in the trench is too deep, the liquid level meter detects a water level signal, and the water level signal is transmitted to the central control unit through the signal transceiver and the transmission network. The central control unit judges whether the water level exceeds a warning water level or not. When the water level exceeds the warning water level, the central control unit transmits a draining signal to the draining pump, the draining pump is started to discharge the water in the trench, and the water level returns to normal. Compared with the prior art, the device is automatic, is simple in operation, is safe and convenient, achieves monitoring in multiple ways, and is resistant to rainwater.
