The invention relates to the technical field of electric power application underground drainage equipment, in particular to a cable trench automatic drainage and ventilation device which comprises a cable trench, a drainage mechanism, a ventilation mechanism and a pollution discharge mechanism. The cable trench comprises a trench body and a cover body, the trench body is provided with a platform for placing a cable, and the trench body is also provided with a drain outlet; the drainage mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the ditch body and comprises a bearing plate, a plurality of drainage grooves are formed in the bearing plate, grating covers are installed on the drainage grooves, and drainage structures connected with an external water pumping device are arranged at the lower ends of the drainage grooves. The ventilation mechanism is arranged on the cover body, the height of the ventilation mechanism is large, and the ventilation mechanism can be prevented from making contact with rainwater; the pollution discharge mechanism is arranged on one side of the ditch body and is used for scraping impurities on the surface of the grating cover and pushing the impurities out of the pollution discharge opening; the drainage mechanism is arranged, so that the interior of the cable trench is kept clean, and the capability of timely drainage of the cable trench is kept.
