Automatic grouting type float collar
The invention provides an automatic grouting type float collar. The automatic grouting type float collar comprises a main body, a valve body, a ball, a spring and a cement body, wherein the main body is cylindrical; a female thread connected with a casing is arranged at the upper part of the main body; a male thread connected with the casing is arranged at the lower part of the main body; the cement body is arranged between the female thread and the male thread, is cylindrical, and is fixed in the main body; the valve body is arranged in the middle of the cement body, and consists of a valve head and a valve rod; a groove is formed in the lower end of the valve rod; the ball is arranged in the groove; and the spring is arranged between the groove and the valve head for covering the valve rod. The float collar is simple in operation and stable in conversion, enables slurry to enter the casing more smoothly, can quicken the casing discharge speed to the greatest extent, and can reduce the impact force acted on the stratum to the greatest extent; and the automatic grouting type float collar can overcome the characteristics of time and labor wastes in manual grouting.
