Automatic grouting system
The invention discloses an automatic grouting system, and belongs to the technical field of bridge prestress grouting. The system comprises a slurrying system, a slurry storage system, a grouting system and a vacuum system, and further comprises a control module, a high-speed stirring barrel weighing sensor, a high-speed stirring motor current transformer, a discharging motor current transformer, a low-speed stirring barrel weighing sensor, a low-speed stirring motor current transformer, a pressure transmitter, a slurry pouring valve position sensor, a vacuum degree sensor, a voice module and corresponding alternating current contactors used for controlling motors to be started and stopped. The sensors and the pressure transmitter are used for providing input signals for the control module, and the voice module and the alternating current contactors are connected with the control module and controlled by the control module. The system realizes automatic cooperative control of two key processes of feeding pulping and vacuum grouting in grouting construction, and has the characteristics of high automation degree, accurate metering of the burdening and grouting amount, convenience and quickness in field movement, convenient operation, high working efficiency, reliability, durability, small maintenance amount and the like.
