The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel support, in particular to a prefabricated lagging jack primary support structure inside a tunnel and a preparation method thereof. The lagging jack primary support structure is of a tubular structure, the two ends of the lagging jack primary support structure are connecting ends of which the lengths are 2-5m and the pipe diameters are 50-500mm, the connecting ends of the lagging jack primary support structure are provided with inward contracting steps for sleeving connecting cylinders. The every two adjacent jack primary support structures is sleeved by the connecting cylinders, the connecting cylinders sleeve the connecting ends of the jack primary support structures and are fixedly connected with the connecting ends through fixed pieces, and the connecting cylinders are 5-20mm in wall thickness and 100-300mm in length; furthermore, the jack primary support structure is obtained by burdening, mixing, die-entrance vibrating forming, initial cultivating and final cultivating; furthermore, according to the method, the lagging jack primary support structure is prepared outside a hole in advance, and the lagging jack primary support structure, which is of an active powder concrete structure, is light in quality, high in intensity and good to install.
