Prefabricated assembled utility tunnel structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembled utility tunnel structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a plurality of pipe sections. Each pipe section comprises a firstblock and a second block, and the height of the side wall of the first block is higher than that of the side wall of the second block; the side wall of the first block and the side wall of the secondblock are connected through a contact surface to form the pipe section; and the first blocks and the second blocks corresponding to every two adjacent pipe sections are arranged in the reverse sequence. During construction, when an under layer of a site is laid, a placing and troweling first polishing technique is adopted, a small-sized grinding machine is used to conduct secondary fine leveling after hardening, thin steel plates are laid on the positions, corresponding to walls on the two sides of a utility tunnel, of the under layer, grease is applied, and lubrication is achieved on the assembling process; the rest of the pipe sections are assembled in sequence, and temporary prestress is applied; and then permanent prestress is applied, and grouting is conducted. According to the structure and the method, the problem that large-sized components cannot be lifted or transported is solved, less blocks and staggered joints can lower the assembling and water resisting difficulty, structure waterproofness is facilitated, and the bearing capacity and durability of the structure are guaranteed.
本发明公开了预制拼装综合管廊结构及其施工方法,包括若干管节,管节包括第一分块和第二分块,且第一分块的侧壁高度大于第二分块的侧壁;第一分块的侧壁和第二分块的侧壁通过接触面互相连接形成管节;每两个相邻的管节所对应的第一分块和第二分块互相颠倒布置。施工时,场地垫层铺设时采用随打随抹一次压光工艺,硬化后通过小型打磨机具进行二次精细找平,垫层上对应所述综合管廊两侧墙的位置铺设薄钢板,并涂黄油,对拼装过程进行润滑;依次拼装剩余管节,并施加临时预应力;再施加永久预应力后灌浆。本发明解决了大体积构件无法吊装及运输的问题,更少的分块和错缝布置可以减少拼装与防水难度,利于结构的防水,保证结构的承载能力和耐久力。
