The present invention relates to a production process of a marble pillar. The process comprises the steps of: mixing high impact polystyrene with general purpose polystyrene in the mass ratio of 1:1, adding dioctyl, and sending the mixture into a mixer for mixing, wherein per ton of is supplement with 300-400 g of dioctyl, the rotation speed of the mixer is 4800r / min; mixing for 1h, adding a foaming agent into the mixture, wherein the addition amount of foaming agent into per ton of mixture is 500-650 g; heating the mixture to 120 DEG C, continuing stirring to uniformly disperse dioctyl and the foaming agent, and cooling the mixture in a cooler until agglomeration; sending the agglomerated material into an injection molding machine for extrusion molding at the temperature of 130-180 DEG C; covering bronzing film on the surface of the pillar, bonding the bronzing film to the pillar surface by using a bronzing device, wherein the bronzing temperature is 80 DEG C; pressing patterns on the pillar surface by an embossing machine, and conducting bronzing treatment on the pattern surface; processing pillar cap and pillar base by resin or wood carving or PU foaming, and painting or gilding the pillar cap and pillar base; and assembling the pillar cap, pillar body and pillar base.
